Hi everyone! My name is Amanda Glaeser and I coach 5th and 6th grade P.E. at Barber Middle School! This will be my sixth year here at Barber and eighth year teaching. I also coach cross country at Kranz Junior High. Running has always been a passion of mine since the days on my high school cross country state championship team. I am excited to share that passion with my students and motivate them to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

I am originally from Wisconsin and of course, I root for the GREEN BAY PACKERS! In Wisconsin, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire receiving an education degree with a mathematics minor. My husband, Nick Glaeser, also works here at Barber! You can find him in the 5th grade teaching math. At home, we have an little girl named Greta and two golden doodles named Beau and Macie who are just big fluff balls.
