Welcome to 7th grade English, language arts, and reading. My name is Lauren A. Miller, and this will be my fifth year in education and third year as a 7th grade English teacher. I have lived in Galveston County for the majority of my life and am a graduate of the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a degree in Literature. Some of my hobbies include sketching and painting, singing, and reading when I am not on mommy duty with my 3 year old son, Aiden.

I am excited to be a part of the opening of Kranz Jr. High. I look forward to getting to know all of my students and helping them to grow and succeed in my class. To be successful in my classroom, students must be ready and willing to learn, have a positive attitude, and bring any necessary supplies (pens/pencils, notebooks etc...)
