Glencora Rodgers received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Houston Downtown and her Master of Science in Educational Management from the University of Houston Clear Lake. Mrs. Rodgers began her career as a junior high math teacher and tennis coach. She has served as an instructional coach, Associate Principal, Director of Professional Learning, and Director of Secondary Curriculum all for Alvin ISD. Mrs. Rodgers is married to Steve Rodgers, and they have two children, Lyvia (4 years old) and Will (3 years old). Mrs. Rodgers believes every student deserves to be provided engaging learning opportunities by teachers that know and care about them. She believes teachers are professionals, and therefore deserve to be provided numerous opportunities to learn and grow. And, she believes campuses should be led by strong instructional leaders with an unwavering moral compass.
Jaime Williams received a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from McNeese State University and her Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University. Mrs. Williams began her career as a high school English teacher and cheer coach. She has served as a teacher, an instructional coach, and an assistant principal in DISD for the last 15 years. Mrs. Williams is married to Robert Williams, and they have two children, Kadence (12 years old) and Chloe (8 years old), who both attend DISD schools. Mrs. Williams loves being part of Gator Nation as both an administrator and a parent. Her favorite part of her job is getting to build relationships with students and guiding them to find the best versions of themselves.
