Team Excellence and Parents <3

This is a hard week for all of us. It is the closing of a chapter for us all. Next year brings a whole set of “news” for us; a new grade, a new school, a new classroom and new possibilities. 

I have been extremely honored and blessed to be your teacher this year. We had so much fun and we learned as much as we laughed. We made huge strides in our academics and we were ready to show the State who was BOSS- Dunbar Middle School! 

I think it is safe to say that I pretty much HATE Covid- and y’all know that I don’t like the word hate! I miss you all each and every day- our room, our jokes, our flying markers and our family time. You have by far been my most gratifying year of teaching.

THANK YOU FOR THAT!

This week is our last together,

It’s time to say goodbye.

I am sad to see you go,

But with your new class and new school you will fly!

Thank you for all that you taught me,

I sure did learn a lot!

All the laughs and our time together,

Will never be forgot!

I wish you all the luck,

You are the best and I mean what I say!

In my heart you will remain,

You are each a special person that inspires me everyday! 

Thank you for teaching me this year! I am going to miss you so, so, SO much!!
