Mrs. Gonzalez shared her Mexican-American culture with students by introducing Mexican bingo, Loteria!, to students who had not played before while visiting the library the past couple of weeks! Students were so excited to learn new Spanish words, and we had great conversations about the Spanish words like la campana(bell), la bota(the boot), el corazon(the heart) and many others!

La Sra. González compartió su cultura mexicoamericana con los estudiantes al presentarles el bingo mexicano, ¡la Lotería!, a quienes no habían jugado antes durante sus visitas a la biblioteca las últimas dos semanas. Los estudiantes estaban muy emocionados de aprender nuevas palabras en español, y tuvimos conversaciones muy interesantes sobre palabras como la campana, la bota, el corazón y muchas otras.
