WHAT TO BRING

Accidents DO HAPPEN in Kindergarten:

Keep an extra pair of clothes, underwear, and socks in your students backpack just in case of accidents. Accidents DO HAPPEN and having an extra pair of clothes helps the student feel at ease in that situation.

Snacks:

Snacks are not provided in my classroom, EXCEPT on the first day of school. Students can bring a snack if they would like a snack.

Dress Code: 

(also applies to remote students)

No spaghetti straps or see through/mesh clothing.

Shoes must have a back to them

Tennis shoes are required on PE days

Students will need to bring their Gator Folder and Book Bag to and from school every day

Transportation:

***If your student's transportation changes at any time during the school year you need to let the teacher and the front office know 3 days in advance.***

If your transportation is just changing for the day.

(For example your student normally rides the bus to go home, but for one day that week they will be picked up by grandma in the car rider line.)

You will just need to write a note stating the change and give is to the teacher.  

Eating lunch with your student:

No visitors are allowed at the school for the remainder of the year.You re more than welcome to come and eat lunch with your student. There is a designated table for parents who want to come and eat with their student on the left side of the cafeteria. 

Special Events: There will be a variety of special events that parents can attend throughout the school year. Information for these events will always be in your student's Gator Folder a few weeks in advance to the event. Some the these events are: -Thanksgiving Feast -Christmas Party -Open House -Parent-Teacher Conference Day -Family Night -End of the Year Party and some much more so stay tuned!
