Box Tops for Education at BCES

Updates: 

1. If you use the Box Tops app, be sure your student is getting credit. After scanning a receipt but before hitting submit, click the credit button at the bottom of the screen. Include your student’s first and last name. If you have two students, put both first names (John and Jill). No need for last name. If you have more than two students at BCES, put their last name followed by siblings or family (Snyder siblings or Snyder family). If  you have other circumstances, contact Mrs. Snyder for assistance.

2. Yes, we still take the clipped Box Tops as long as they haven't expired. 

I will continue to be the PTA member heading up the Box Tops for Education this year. The Box Tops program has made significant changes; however, we will still collect the "old style" ones. We have a school goal of $1,000. That is taking into account our unusual start to the year. I know we can do twice that if we try. Students should bring in their Box Tops before the last Wednesday of each month starting in September. Parents of students who are doing remote learning should email me for details on how to turn in clipped Box Tops. The homeroom that brings the most each month will get to have the trophy for the next month. Also, students who return a filled collection sheet (25 Box Tops) will get a prize. Students who turn in 250 Box Tops on collection sheets will get a free school shirt from PTA. In order to get the prize or the shirt, Box Tops must be affixed to collection sheets. Box Tops that aren't on collection sheets will not be tracked to individual students. We raised over $1,600 last year in spite of ending collections in March. Thanks for your support!
