COVID- 19 UPDATES : School Closed for the remainder of the year

Keep Scrolling for Assignments!

Dear Parents,

First let me start by saying I know this has all been crazy and I hope everyone is staying healthy. I know you are being bombarded with emails and updates and it creates anxiety but I am here to tell you NOT to worry. We look forward to when we get to return to school but until then please do not panic and do what you can with you child at home. When we do return we will work on filling in the gap. We are most concerned with the safety of our students.  While social distancing and school closures are in place, I want to share some resources available to you and your child.

Please do me a favor and have your children read at least 30 minutes a day. This is the BEST activity they can do to not fall behind in reading. If you have any questions on levels of books they should be reading please don't hesitate to reach out with ANY questions or concerns. You can email me anytime at rkeele@dickinsonisd.org. Though I always have my phone with me I have designated 1-3pm as my "office hours" to ensure that I can respond immediately to any questions as well as update my website with new activities. So again, please don't hesitate to reach out.

In an effort to keep our students growing, we have transitioned to a hybrid educational platform. Paper copies of assignments are available from designated pick up locations, and digital versions are available below:

I will be available to answer questions in our Google Classroom. If you child has any questions google classroom is an easy platform for them to send me a quick message.I will be online from 1-3pm to answer any questions. For information on how to log in to the Google Classroom, please watch this short video: Log In To Google Classroom. Once you are ready to log in, the class code is jlmholz
