The 2024/2025 Big Al Reading Challenge has some fabulous titles!

2nd graders are encouraged to read 15 books and 3rd graders are challenged to read all 20 books from this list by the beginning of May. Students will earn dog tags for each title read to add to a chain necklace. Students who accomplish these goals by the beginning of May will be invited to an Ice Cream Sundae Party the last week of school to celebrate their hard work!

In addition,  a team of five 3rd graders will be chosen to compete in the Big Al Book Bash against other teams from other elementary schools in the district.
