Hi! My name is Lynz Costa and I am the Behavior Coach at Calder Road Elementary. This is my fifth year in Dickinson ISD and my first year at Calder Road. I obtained my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas in Austin in 2012. Since that time, I have worked with children exhibiting challenging behavioral issues and worked to create supportive structures for them to be successful at home.  I love coming to work and greeting your children every day. I love helping them navigate their stress and anxiety, and ultimately be successful here at Calder.
