Hi! My name is Ashlee Beagnyam and I am an ABCD teacher for the elementary level within the district. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Abilene Christian University. This is my first year teaching, however, I have a background in speech therapy and ABA and have a huge passion for helping student's succeed to the best of their ability.
I grew up in Dallas, Texas but moved to Houston area where my husband, Azzie, is from. We have two boys named Lincoln and Boston who are also Dickinson GATORS!
I am so excited for this school year and can't wait to meet my students. If you have any questions, concerns, or need to schedule a zoom meeting, please call or email me. GATOR STRONG!

Class Schedule:
Due to the nature of my classroom, our schedule varies on each student's grade level. If you would like to know your child's classroom schedule, please e-mail me and I will send you their daily agenda.
ABCD stands for Adaptive Behavior Classroom - Dickinson.
ABCD is a self-contained class designed for students with intense behavioral needs who have not achieved success in the Behavior Learning Program setting. Student interaction is restricted from the rest of the school population during the initial phase of the program. Students progress on a highly structured acquisition system, and as the student demonstrates success, the student integrates back into his/her previous educational setting. ABCD focuses on intense behavior remediation, including but not limited to, anger management strategies, social skills, and coping strategies.
