About Me:

Will Carroll is a brass musician and educator from Dallas, Texas, going into his second year teaching at Lobit and Dunbar Middle School. He graduated with a Music Education degree from Stephen F. Austin State University where he studied Horn with Dr. Charles Gavin. During his tenure at Stephen F. Austin, Will performed with the Wind Ensemble, Orchestra of the Pines, and Opera.

Outside of College, Will worked as a music and visual technician for many schools in the Houston and DFW areas. He has also performed in five summer tours with the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps, finishing with three top three placements and a World Championship title in 2016. Will also partook in the Bluecoats international ensemble that toured Hong Kong in 2017. 

HIs professional affiliations include the Texas Music Educators Association and Texas Bandmasters Association.

In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his friends and family, exercising, playing video games, building computers and mechanical keyboards, and collecting artisan keycaps for his keyboards.
