Greetings:
I am excited to be part of an amazing district. Although this is my first year as a Dickinson ISD teacher, I have been involved with the district for over 10 years as a parent. I value education and I enjoy learning and teaching.
Experience:
I was born in Los Angeles, California and graduated from La Marque High School. My teaching background includes teaching for private, charter, and public schools. My teaching experience includes Pre-K through 8th grade and I also teach college level courses for The College of the Mainland.
Education:
I hold several degrees which include an associate degree in Child Development, A bachelor’s degree in Management, and a master’s degree in Special Education. I am currently working toward a second master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
My Passion:
In my eyes, teaching is the most effective way to change the world. It allows me the opportunity to work with the hearts and minds of young people, to help them gain the skills needed to become productive adults. My desire is for all students to have a meaningful life and it is my plan to help as many students as possible achieve one.
It is my pleasure to serve the students of Dickinson ISD. Lets Go Gators!!!
