Welcome to U.S. History through 1877. This year we will prepare for the State of Texas Assessment of Academic Readiness(STAAR) by covering U.S. History from European exploration until Reconstruction.

I graduated from the University of Texas-Pan American with a B.A. in Social Studies. I am currently in my ninth year of teaching. The previous eight years were spent at the high school level.
