Parents please fill out student screeener before student comes to school. This survey can be found in Google Classroom. A QR code will be given to the student for easier access, just put your camera on QR code and it will take you to survey, click submit when complete.

Students should bring a mask and a labeled water bottle with their name every day. A water dispenser will be located in the 3rd grade POD area to fill. It is recommended to send your student with a snack. (class snacks are appreciated:)

Please wash/sanitize masks and other items that students bring every day.
