Hello everyone!
My name is Alyssa Waters, and I am beginning my 4th year teaching in the public education setting. This is my first year teaching at Lobit Middle School, and I will be teaching ELAR this year. I graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and then obtained my alternative teaching certification in Special Education K-12 and Generalist EC-6. I am currently in the process of earning my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have one daughter, named Cadence, who is in 8th grade in CCISD. I have one pet named Lincoln who is a mini yorkie. :) I am an avid reader, love Houston sports, mexican food, and Target/Starbucks!
