Hello! I am Mrs. Diaz, your child's Kindergarten teacher. Since I will be getting to know you throughout the year, you should know a little bit about me!

I graduated from the University of Houston and got my very first job at Hughes Road Elementary.  Can you believe I have been teaching here for 14 years?? 

I have three children of my own, Alen who is 15, Natalee who is 14, and Charlie who is 6.  I must also mention my furry dog children, Ginger and Lucy!

My class is a lot of fun! We learn and enjoy ourselves at the same time!  We will get to do lots of fun things like learn our ABC's, numbers, shapes, and sight words.

I am looking forward to teaching you and excited to watch you learn and grow!
