I am excited to start my 15th year in Dickinson ISD as the principal of Silbernagel Elementary. I previously served as a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal. This is my fourth year as a principal, with the last 1.5 years being at Silbernagel Elementary. I look forward to welcoming many new PK and K students, along with students who previously attended K.E. Little Elementary and San Leon Elementary. With a growing student body and faculty, we are focused on "One Team, One Goal" this year. We hope to make this year a memorable and successful one for you and your child!

Me entusiasma comenzar mi decimoquinto año en Dickinson ISD como director de Silbernagel Elementary. Anteriormente, me desempeñé como maestro, asesor pedagógico y subdirectoro. Este es mi cuarto año como directoro, y llevo el último año y medio en Silbernagel Elementary. Espero con ilusión dar la bienvenida a muchos alumnos nuevos de prekínder y kínder, así como a los estudiantes que anteriormente asistían a las escuelas primarias K.E. Little y San Leon. I am beyond excited to welcome you to Silbernagel Elementary, an incredible school that I am proud to call home. This year marks my 22nd year in Dickinson ISD and my 20th year at Silbernagel. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving our community as a bilingual teacher, instructional coach, and now as assistant principal.
Silbernagel holds a special place in my heart, not only as an educator but also as a parent. All five of my children began their educational journey within these walls, surrounded by the dedicated educators who make this campus so special. That personal connection has deepened my commitment to our students, staff, and families.

I am truly invested in the success of every child and in supporting the outstanding educators who make a difference each day. My goal is to help foster a school community where every student, family, and staff member feels welcomed, valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Thank you for being part of the Silbernagel family. I look forward to partnering with you as we continue creating meaningful learning experiences and building a strong, united community where every Gator can thrive.

Me llena de alegría darles la bienvenida a la Primaria Silbernagel, una escuela extraordinaria que con orgullo considero mi segundo hogar. Este año celebro mi 22.º año en Dickinson ISD y mi vigésimo año formando parte de la familia de Silbernagel. A lo largo de mi carrera, he tenido el privilegio de servir a nuestra comunidad como maestra bilingüe, coordinadora de instrucción y, ahora, como subdirectora.

Silbernagel ocupa un lugar muy especial en mi corazón, no solo como educadora, sino también como madre. Mis cinco hijos comenzaron aquí su trayectoria educativa, rodeados de los dedicados maestros y el excepcional personal que hacen de esta escuela un lugar tan especial. Esa conexión personal fortalece aún más mi compromiso con nuestros estudiantes, familias y personal.

Estoy profundamente comprometida con el éxito de cada estudiante y con apoyar a los extraordinarios educadores que marcan una diferencia todos los días. Mi objetivo es contribuir a crear una comunidad escolar donde cada estudiante, familia y miembro del personal se sienta bienvenido, valorado, apoyado y con la confianza necesaria para alcanzar el éxito.
