The Dickinson High School Cosmetology Program Mission is to provide a high-quality educational opportunity in the art and science of cosmetology. Our goal is to lay a strong foundation in both theory and practice that prepares students for an exciting journey in the cosmetology profession.

Cosmetology is a program designed to enhance 10th-12th grade students' passion, knowledge, and skills in the beauty industry while preparing them for state licensing once they reach their senior year. Our purpose is to provide hands-on learning opportunities, student professional development, and creative expression through exciting hands on learning, real-world experiences with our industry partners, & community service involvement. We aim to build confidence, leadership, and career readiness in students pursuing hair, skin, nails and related fields. Cosmetology serves high school cosmetology students who are eager to grow both personally and professionally while making a positive impact in their school and community.
