Mrs. O’Gea is a passionate educator who has dedicated her career to making a positive impact in the world of education. Throughout her journey, she has held numerous roles, including Teacher, AVID Coordinator, Instructional Coach, and Administrator, each of which has deepened her love for teaching and learning. A proud graduate of Dickinson High School, Mrs. O’Gea is a lifelong Gator, committed to the community that helped shape her. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Houston - Clear Lake and went on to complete her Master of Education in Administration at Lamar University. Outside of her professional life, Mrs. O’Gea enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, and caring for her four beloved rescue dogs. A true lover of adventure, she also enjoys traveling, singing, and sharing moments of laughter.

Christy Littleton - Assistant Principal

Mrs. Littleton is thrilled to serve as Assistant Principal at Bay Colony Elementary School. She has a heart for student growth: academically, emotionally, and socially. She has served as a substitute, teacher, and instructional coach throughout her educational career and is humbled to serve in this capacity to continue making an impact on education. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and her graduate degree from Lamar University. Mrs. Littleton loves spending time with her husband and son, watching college sports, and spending time at the beach.
