Mrs. Rutovic, 8th Grade, STEM Algebra I

Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!!! It is a privilege to take Algebra I as an 8th grader; this course is equivalent to a PAP course at the high school!  As such, this course will have a higher level of rigor and students will be expected to dive deeper into their level of understanding.  During our course, we will also be spiraling in 8th grade standards.  Students will be expected and challenged to do THEIR BEST on all notes, assignments, tests, and projects.  Again, it is very important that students understand that their effort and focus is more necessary than ever because high school credit should be EARNED. STEM students will continue to collaborate, create, think critically, communicate and reflect daily. Students will be given every opportunity to be very well prepared for the future. We are partners, with you, working together with great expectations for our STEM Gators.
