Hello! My name is Shawn Cheek. I am so proud to be joining McAdams Junior High School as an 8th grade ELA teacher. I am from Hitchcock,Texas. I Graduated and received my teaching certificate from Texas A&M Commerce. This will be my 7th year teaching. I have a son , Rey, who I am very proud of, and a beautiful daughter-in-law, Melissa. I enjoy spending time with my son, cooking , live music, sports and traveling. I look forward to a successful exciting year. Go Gators!!
