About Me: Ten Things You Might Want To Know!

• I grew up in Dickinson and graduated from DHS in 2003.
• I went to Texas A&M in College Station and received a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Elementary Education) in 2007. 
• I've been at Lobit since it opened!
• I've taught grades 2-5 in that order. I've loved moving up and seeing how students grow as learners as they age.
• My husband and I live in Bayou Vista. We've been together for 16 years and have been married for 9. 
• I'm in love with the Astros and remember going to games in the Dome as a kid. 
• I have a dog, Mat, who is 10. He thinks he's a human and loves snuggles and snacks! 
• Running is my stress reliever and I've trained for many races, including 4 marathons!
• Sweets are my weakness so I love to bake!
• Even though I'm not artistically gifted, I'm crafty and enjoy making decorations for my home and class!
