Professional Bio
Welcome to 7th Grade Math!  I am so excited to have you enrolled in my class; my goal is for each of my students to be successful in math this year! As you may know we do take the Math STAAR Test on May 13, 2019.  My goal is that 100% of the students will pass; therefore, I will have special tutorials throughout the year for test preparation which your child may be invited to as necessary.  View these as another opportunity to help your child succeed in this class. As a class we will keep a journal that includes a Math journal containing class notes and assignments throughout the year. Your student is expected to have this journal in class every day.  My ultimate goal is for all my students to be successful in math and have the desire to go through to college.

I attended the University of Texas at Austin for undergrad and The University of Texas Health Science Center to obtain my graduate degree.  My favorite subjects are science and math and I have a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.  This school year, I look forward to working with your students to help them reach their academic goals.
