About Me:
Hello! I am Coach Farias and I teach Pre-AP Algebra II/ PSAT/SAT Prep teacher and I am the Head Volleyball coach here at DHS. I am really looking forward to teaching you and I know that you will grow so much in my class.
A little about me. I am a Gator Alumni, class of 2002!! At DHS, I was a part of the State Semi-Final volleyball team and the Regional Finalist softball team. I then went on to play volleyball at Tyler Junior College and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. I received my degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Mathematics.
My husband is also a teacher at DHS. Mr. Farias and I have been married for 10 years. So if you see him around the Science building be sure to say hi!
We have a son, Luke, that will be a 3rd grader at Lobit Elementary this school year.
