Cecilia Huerta -SAILS Teacher WELCOME to SAILS 2020-2021 School Year!

We are ready for the 2020-2021 school year! I am excited to be working with some awesome students this year! I just want to give some information about what to look forward to this school year.

Home work will be given to students on Monday and will need to be turned in by Friday (unless noted differently) . Please continue to check on the Remind app for important information on dates and student information. Throughout the year I will send out notices if school supplies need to be replenished. Our class is always in need of hand sanitizer, tissues, Ziploc bags and wipes. Please provide snacks for your student, if you wish to keep snacks supplied in the classroom please write your child’s name on it and I will storage it. I am so excited and looking forward to working and growing together with your student this 2020-2021 School Year!

About me

My name is Cecilia Huerta

I am from Galveston Texas, and raised in Dickinson. I graduated from Dickinson High School (Class of 2009) I have been a Gator my entire life! GFND!!! After high school I got my Associates at College of the Mainland and graduated from the University of Houston Clear Lake with my Bachelors in EC-6 General Education and EC-12 Special Education. I love to watch movies and spending time with family. I have two daughters, a pug named Douglas and a lab shepard mix named Molly, I live in League City with my family and dogs.
