Blayne Saldana This is my 1st year at Kranz, but 2nd year teaching at Dickinson and the SAILS program. I grew up in Webster, TX where I attended and graduated from Clear Brook High School.  It was there where I discovered his love for History and Film. In 2009, I started my college studies at Blinn College in Brenham, TX where I received an Associates Degree in History in 2012. From 2012-2016, I attended Sam Houston State University where I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications in Film with a History minor with the possibility of teaching. While at Sam Houston, I worked on some film productions and involved himself with the German Club. Upon graduation, he I working at Texas A&M doing security for the campus. While employed I worked on my Special Education certification through Texas Teachers. In 2017, while working on my certification, I became a substitute for Pasadena ISD, where he taught ABLE II; a program for higher functioning autistic students, in which I taught social skills.

On my free time, I like to read books (anything by Stephen King and anything on Columbus and WW2). I also watch movies and make short films.

The mission of the Dickinson Independent School District is to ensure that all students have successful learning opportunities that help them reach their full potential and add quality throughout their lives.
