OFFICE HOURS
I will have office hours Monday through Friday from 12:55 pm to 1:55 pm. This is a time for parents to call or email me any questions about the science assignments or issues accessing students may have completing them. I may be reached by phone during these times at 281-229-6642 to answer questions or schedule a conference. Please feel free to email me at sfillip@dickinsonisd.org if you have a question outside of my office hours. I will get back with you as soon as possible.
This is my 13th year teaching science at Dunbar Middle School. As a 5th grade science teacher, it is my goal to spark a love of science in the young minds in my class. I graduated from Texas City High School and attended college at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, AR where I graduated with a BS in Biology and a MS in Counseling. I have been married to my wife for 19 years and we have one grown son. I will always treat my students with the same love and respect I show my own child.
